Section 253 Change of name.
England and Wales
In section 14(1)(b) of the Education Reform Act 1988, for “the Curriculum Council for Wales” there is substituted “ Awdurdod Cwricwlwm ac Asesu Cymru or the Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales ”.
Schedule 15 to this Act (amendments consequential on the change of name) shall have effect.
