Regulation 3 Modification of the 1996 ActF1I1

(1)
The provisions of the 1996 Act referred to in the Schedule shall have effect in relation to any existing maintained school with the modifications specified in that Schedule for the period so specified.
(2)
This regulation applies despite anything in the articles or instrument of government of that school.
