In section 98(2) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (definitions)—

(a)

in paragraph (c)(i) for “section 100(1)(b) of the Education Act 1944” there is substituted “ section 485 of the Education Act 1996 ”; and

(b)

in paragraph (e) for “section 105 of the Education Reform Act 1988)” there is substituted “ section 482 of the Education Act 1996) ”.
