In section 19 of that Act (interpretation)—

(a)

in subsection (3), for “section 156 of the Education Act 1993” there is substituted “ section 312 of the Education Act 1996 ”; and

(b)

in subsection (5), for “the Education Act 1944” there is substituted “ the Education Act 1996 ”.
