In sections 436B(6), 436C(4) and 436E(7) “regulations” means—

(a)

regulations made by the Secretary of State in relation to England, and

(b)

regulations made by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales.

In sections 436C, 436E, 436F, 436I and paragraph 5 of Schedule 31A “prescribed” means—

(a)

prescribed by regulations made by the Secretary of State in relation to England, and

(b)

prescribed by regulations made by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales.
