Regulation 3 Amendment of Regulations

In regulation 2(1), insert the following definitions after the definition of “the 1998 Act”—

  • ““appropriate authority” means the body or bodies responsible for making the arrangements described in regulation 3; and

  • “School Admissions Code” means any code for school admissions issued under section 84f1.”.
