Regulation 2 Amendment of the Education (Assisted Places) Regulations 1997

The Education (Assisted Places) Regulations 1997^f1 shall be amended as follows.

In regulation 10(4) and (6), for “£1,265” in each place where it appears there shall be substituted “£1,300”.

In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2, for “£10,414” there shall be substituted “£10,670”.

For the table following paragraph 2(1) of that Schedule there shall be substituted the following table–
