Regulation 33 Pupils with Special Educational Needs

The annexes to a supplementary plan shall show—

(a)

the number of statemented pupils registered as pupils in a mainstream class at mainstream schools maintained by the authority in the school year ending immediately prior to the period of the plan;

(b)

the number of statemented pupils registered as pupils either in a special class or receiving specialist resource provision at mainstream schools maintained by the authority in the school year ending immediately prior to the period of the plan; and

(c)

the number of registered pupils in special schools maintained by the authority in the school year ending immediately prior to the period of the plan.
