Regulation 34 Pupils from ethnic minorities
The annexes to the supplementary plan relating to the two years beginning on 1st September 2003 shall include, in relation to the school year beginning on 1st September 2002—
(a)
the total number of pupils from ethnic minorities for whom the authority provided education in the school year immediately prior to the period of the plan, and
(b)
a breakdown of the ethnic origin of those pupils,
as shown in the Schools' Census return submitted to the National Assembly by the authority.
