Regulation 6 Notification of the outcome of a reviewI1
England and Wales
A governing body must give written notification of their decision under F1regulation 4(1)(b), and the reasons for it, to—
(a)
the relevant person;
(b)
the provider; and
F2(c)
where the pupil has an EHC plan, the local authority maintaining the plan
not later than six days after the date of the review meeting.
