Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Grant-Maintained Special Schools) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 1st October 1997.

(2)

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Education (Grant-Maintained Special Schools) Regulations 1994f1.
