EDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES

Whereas pursuant to section 8(1) of, and paragraph 15(c) of Schedule 1 to, the Tribunal and Inquiries Act 1992^f1, the Secretary of State has consulted the Council on Tribunals;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 301(6) of, and paragraph 2(1) and (3) of Schedule 11 to, the Education Act 1993^f2, the Secretary of State for Education, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, hereby make the following Regulations:
