In regulation 2 (interpretation)—

(a)

in the definition of “the associated documents” and in paragraph (2) for the words “, attainment targets and end of key stage descriptions” in each place where they occur there shall be substituted “and attainment targets”;

(b)

in the definition of “foundation subjects” after “art” there shall be inserted “and design”.
