Regulation 1 Title, commencement and application

The title of these Regulations is the Education (Reintegration Interview) (Wales) Regulations 2010 and they come into force on 5 January 2011.

These Regulations apply in relation to maintained schools in Walesf1.
(3)
These Regulations apply to a temporary exclusion imposed on or after 5 January 2011.
