Regulation 7 Amendment
For paragraph 8 of Schedule 6 to the principal Regulations (provision of general information to the Secretary of State: primary schools) there shall be substituted—
“8The number of registered pupils at or near the end of the final year of the second key stage who have special educational needs.”.
