Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations any reference to—

(a)

“the Principal Regulations” is a reference to the Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2001^f1; and

(b)

a numbered Schedule is a reference to the Schedule so numbered in the Principal Regulations.
