Regulation 11 Provision of general information about primary schools to the Secretary of State

The governing body of every maintained primary or middle deemed secondary school, shall, within two weeks of receiving a written request from the Secretary of State, provide him with the general information about the school for the reporting school year referred to in Schedule 6.
