Paragraph 7 I1
The M1Documentary Evidence Act 1868 shall have effect, in relation to the Chief Inspector for England and in relation to the Chief Inspector for Wales, as if—
he were included in the first column of the Schedule to that Act;
he and any person authorised to act on his behalf were mentioned in the second column of that Schedule, and
the regulations referred to in that Act included any document issued by him or by any such person.
