Paragraph 15 I1

in subsection (1), after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa)

any child who has attained the age of 12 years and who the authority is satisfied has capacity as respects views or decisions relating to the purposes of resolving such disputes,”, and

in subsection (3), after the word “parent”, where it occurs in each of paragraphs (a) and (b), insert “ , child ”.
