The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 is modified as follows.

In Part 7 of schedule 1 (Scottish public authorities: others)—
(a)
after the entry relating to the Poverty and Inequality Commission (paragraph 75AC), insert—
“75ADQualifications Scotland.”,
(b)
the entry relating to the Scottish Qualifications Authority (paragraph 96) is repealed.
