The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 2 of the Education (Fees and Awards) Act 1983f1 , sections 22 and 42(6) of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998f2 and section 10(4)(b) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017f3, makes the following Regulations:

1998 c. 30.
