Section 3 Financial provisions.

England, Wales and Scotland

There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—

(a)

any sums required by the Secretary of State for paying subsidy in respect of private sector student loans, and

(b)

any increase attributable to this Act in the expenses of the Secretary of State under the M1Education (Student Loans) Act 1990.
