Regulation 7 Terms of loans

Every agreement for a loan made before or after these Regulations come into force shall include the terms set out in Part I of Schedule 2.

(2)

Every agreement for a loan made before these Regulations come into force shall in addition include the terms set out in Part II of Schedule 2.
