Regulation 3 Amendment of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2000

In regulation 27 insert in the appropriate place the following definitions—

• ““Form P45” has the same meaning as in the PAYE Regulations^f1;

• “Form P46” has the same meaning as in the PAYE Regulations”.
