at the end of sub-paragraph (b) omit “or”;

for the comma at the end of sub-paragraph (c) substitute—

“; or

(d)

information under regulation 43A that the employee has any liability to repay any student loan,”; and

at the end of sub-paragraph (b) omit the word “or”;

for the full stop at the end of sub-paragraph (c) substitute—

“; or

(d)

where an employer has received information under regulation 43A that the employee has any liability to repay any student loan, the date on which that information is received.”.
