Regulation 9 Amendment of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2009

After regulation 43 insert—

“Commencement of employment with a Real Time Information employer

43A.

An employee who commences employment with a Real Time Information employer must inform their employer whether the employee has any liability to repay any student loan.”.
