Regulation 3 Amendment to regulation 2 (interpretation)

In the definition of “the 2005 Regulations” in paragraph (1) of regulation 2, for “and the Adoption and Children (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2005” substitute—

• “, the Adoption and Children (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2005 and the Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2006^f1”.
