Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations—

• “the 2005 Regulations” means the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2005^f1 as amended by the Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2005^f2, the Education (Student Support) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2005^f3 and the Adoption and Children (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2005^f4;

• “the 2006 Regulations” means the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2006^f5.
