Regulation 8 Amendment of the 2011 Regulations

In regulation 38(7) (general qualifying conditions for grants for living and other costs)—

(a)

omit the word “or” where it appears after the semi-colon at the end of sub-paragraph (d);

(b)

for the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (e)(iv) substitute “; or”; and

(c)

after sub-paragraph (e) insert—

“(f)

unpaid service with either House of Parliament.”
