In regulation 38 (General qualifying conditions for grants for living and other costs)—

in paragraph (4)—
(i)
at the end of sub-paragraph (a), for the semi-colon, substitute a full-stop;
(ii)
omit sub-paragraphs (b) and (c);
(b)
omit paragraph (5).
