Regulation 100 General
(1)
Subject to paragraph (2) —
(a)
fee loans and fee contribution loans are payable in accordance with regulation 103;
(b)
college fee loans are payable in accordance with regulation 104;
(c)
loans for living costs are payable in accordance with regulation 105;
(2)
Regulations 101 and 102 apply in respect of the payment of all loans.
