Regulation 107 General
(1)
Subject to paragraph (2) —
(a)
fee loans and fee contribution loans are payable in accordance with regulation 110;
(b)
college fee loans are payable in accordance with regulation 111;
(c)
loans for living costs and long courses loans are payable in accordance with regulation 112;
(2)
Regulations 108 and 109 apply in respect of the payment of all loans.
