Designated courses
Regulation 5(b)
1.A course described in column 3 of Table 14A that—
(a)is provided by the course provider specified in the corresponding entry in column 2,
(b)leads to a qualification awarded by the body specified in the corresponding entry in column 1, and
(c)begins before 1 January 2026.
