After Schedule 2 (categories of eligible student) insert—
“Schedule 2A
Relevant courses for protected students
Regulation 40(5)
1A course described in column 3 of Table 14B that—
(a)is provided by the course provider specified in the corresponding entry in column 2,
(b)leads to a qualification awarded by the body specified in the corresponding entry in column 1, and
(c)begins before 1 August 2026.
