Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Teachers) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 1st December 1997.

Any reference in these Regulations to the principal Regulations is a reference to the Education (Teachers) Regulations 1993^f1.
