Section 25 Code of conduct and practice: further provisionI1

(1)

The Welsh Ministers may by regulations make provision about and in connection with the code described in section 24.

(2)

Regulations under this section may, in particular, make provision about—

(a)

the form and content of the code, and

(b)

the consequences of any failure by a registered person to comply with the code, which may include disciplinary proceedings under section 26.
