The Taximeters (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1979 are hereby amended in Regulation 19 as follows:—

(a)

for “16(2)” there shall be substituted “16”;

(b)

for “£200” there shall be substituted “£2000”; and

(c)

for “£50” there shall be substituted “£400”.
