Paragraph 34

Any power to revoke, amend or re-enact the Local Elections (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 (S.I. 1985/454) or the Representation of the People (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 200/400) includes a power to revoke, amend or re-enact that Order or those Regulations as amended by Part 3 of this Schedule.
