In section 14(1) of the M1Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970, for the words “Electricity Consultative Councils, the Electricity Consumers’ Council” there shall be substituted the words “consumers’ committees appointed under section 2 of the Electricity Act 1989”.
