Regulation 13 Amendment to the Electricity (Connection Charges) Regulations 2002I1

In the Electricity (Connection Charges) Regulations 2002^f1, after regulation 1 insert—

These Regulations do not apply in cases where a first connection is made on or after 6th April 2017.

In paragraph (1), “first connection” has the meaning given in paragraph 1 of Schedule 5B to the 1989 Act.”.
