Article 36 Fossil fuel levy

Northern Ireland

Where the Department has made one or more orders under Article 35 in relation to holders of a licence under Article 10(1)(b) or (c), regulations may provide—

F1(a)

for the imposition on such licence holders, and on other persons authorised by a licence under Article 10(1)(c), of a levy;

(b)

for the collection of payments in respect of that levy by a prescribed person; and

(c)

for the making by that person of payments out of that levy.
