Regulation 6 Amendment of the Principal Regulations

Regulation 11 of the Principal Regulations shall be amended:

(a)

by deleting the words “he gave the customer” in sub-paragraph (5)(a) and substituting “the supplier gave the customer”;

(b)

by deleting “under regulations 3, 8 or 9” in sub-paragraph (5)(b) and substituting “under regulation 3, 8, 9 or 9A”; and

(c)

by deleting the word “uneasonably” in sub-paragraph (6)(b) and substituting “unreasonably”.
