Regulation 2 Electricity (Standards of Performance) Regulations 2005
—In regulation 3(1) (general interpretation) of the Electricity (Standards of Performance) Regulations 2005f1—
(a)
in the definition of “relevant supplier”, for “is in effect” substitute “had effect immediately prior to 1 August 2007”;
(b)
in the definition of “supply services area” after “electricity supplier’s licence”, insert “immediately prior to 1 August 2007”.
