Regulation 34 Translation of EU declaration of conformity
Before placing apparatus on the market or making apparatus available on the market, an economic operator must ensure that the EU declaration of conformity is prepared in, or translated into, the language required by the F2relevant state in which it is to be placed on the market or made available on the market.
Where the apparatus is to be placed on the market or made available on the market in F3Northern Ireland, the language referred to in paragraph (1) is English.
