England, Wales and Scotland
The F1Type examination certificate, which may be accompanied by one or more annexes, must contain—
the name and address of the manufacturer;
the conclusions of the examination of the apparatus;
the aspects of the essential requirements covered by the examination;
the conditions (if any) for the validity of the certificate; and
the necessary data for the identification of the approved type.
