Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Electronic Commerce Directive (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2018 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations extend to the United Kingdom.
(3)
Regulations 6 to 10 do not extend to England and Wales insofar as they apply to the human trafficking offence.
