Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) (Extension) (No. 2) Regulations 2003.

These Regulations shall come into force on 31st October 2003 immediately after the Copyright (Visually Impaired Persons) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2003^f1 has come into force.
