Regulation 2 Application of the E-Commerce Regulations

The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002^f1 (“the E-Commerce Regulations”) shall apply to—

(a)

the enactments listed in Part 1 of the Schedule, as amended by the Copyright and Related Rights Regulations 2003^f2; and

(b)

the enactments listed in Part 2 of the Schedule,

notwithstanding regulation 3(2) of the E-Commerce Regulations.
