Regulation 20 Protection of rightsC1

(1)

Nothing in regulations 17, 18 and 19 shall—

(a)

prevent a person agreeing different contractual terms; or

(b)

affect the rights of any party to apply to a court for relief to prevent or stop infringement of any rights.

(2)

Any power of an administrative authority to prevent or stop infringement of any rights shall continue to apply notwithstanding regulations 17, 18 and 19.
