In section 74 (specific types of access-related conditions), after subsection (1) insert—

“(1A)

The conditions that may be set by virtue of section 73(2) also include conditions which impose such obligations on a person controlling network access to customers as OFCOM consider necessary for the purpose of securing service interoperability.”
